Does my location matter?
No! The beauty is everything is done online, so you can join from anywhere in the world. You can go on vacation, travel, move, stay home-- you can participate from ANYWHERE!
When can I get started?
Right away! You'll set up your app access immediately, complete the New Client Questionnaire, and start onboarding.
You'll begin your personalized nutrition strategy and training program the following Monday.
What equipment do I need?
Just your phone! There are training programs for zero equipment options, dumbbells, or bands if you have them.
What if I get pregnant during the program?
I get this question a lot! You 100% can participate (or join!) while pregnant. We just need to make modifications to your nutrition and training strategies to keep everything safe and for you and the pregnancy. It can actually be beneficial both physically and mentally throughout pregnancy and all the changes to have the plan and support.
Does this auto-renew?
Nope! This is a 100% single time payment, 1 month service, with option (but not obligation!) to continue after.
What if I'm unable to attend calls?
Schedules can be busy, I completely understand! I ask that you attend at least 1 call a month (even if it's for 5 minutes) so we can touch base outside of the weekly progress assessment.
*Call times will be regular, but are subject to change based on a majority of client availability. We will poll regularly to make sure times are still working.
