I am VERY familiar with the struggle of balancing your health goals with taking care of your family (especially if you have picky eaters!).
That's why I firmly believe that one of the most important things for moms is learning how to eat so you aren't cooking separate meals for yourself and eating "diet food" while watching your family dine on something undeniably more delicious.
It also teaches kids that mom has to eat different, less tasty food to be healthy, promoting a negative relationship with food.
So I REFUSE to do it!
